Our previous webshop is closed. All audiofiles are now available at the Hardtunes store.
The music which can be bought is, if necessary, remastered by www.musicmastering.nl with respect for the dynamic range of the recording.
Our audio files can sound less loud when playing at the same level in comparison with digital music from other labels.
This is due to the fact that Zero Tolerance preffers sound quality above unnecessary compression and maximizing.
Many labels use this technique to make their music sound louder than the rest. This phenomenon is often called "the loudness war".
The dynamic range of the music is heavily altered by this loudness boost, in a way that isn't good for the sound quality aswell as for your listening comfort.

If you do want to hear the music louder it is much better to just turn up the volume knob or the gain settings on your dj mixer.
